軒冪遭到男友羅文森設局詐騙背負債務，誤會閨蜜是小三，被偷拍的影片瘋傳網路，無法面對現實的軒冪，毀了實驗室，將研發藥劑混打在自身企圖尋短，逃離的路上卻因異變喪屍而摔落山坡下。 軒冪因飲血而恢復了漂亮的面貌，路上巧逢高智雅搭救，並得知男友為網紅詐騙案的主謀，智雅見軒冪外貌姣好，建議投身網紅引誘主謀現身，為了復仇並維持美貌，軒冪藉由網紅身份，暗中色誘粉絲實為獵殺行動，變身喪屍懲治這些物化女性的渣男們。 詐騙案陰謀被拆穿後，文森展開了激烈報復，綁架智雅與軒冪，軒冪變喪屍的秘密公開後，面對不可能在一起的愛情，她選擇了犧牲自己，生死成謎。
Scientists are conducting secret genetic experiments in the laboratory. An injured lab mouse is on its last breathe, then it suddenly jumps up and attacks another healthy lab mouse. Unattractive Xuan-Mi Lin and disfigured Xiao-Tong Zhang were best friends who support each other. They work together to develop skin-regenerating technologies to restore each other’s appearance. Xuan-Mi is set up by her boyfriend, Vincent, and is saddled with debts. She thinks that her boyfriend is cheating on her with her best friend. A humiliating video footage of her goes viral on the Internet. Unable to deal with the reality, Xuan-Mi destroys the lab and injects herself with mixed drugs in an attempt to commit suicide. While turning into a zombie, she falls down a hill. Xuan-Mi turns beautiful from drinking blood. Zhi-Ya Gao rescues Xuan-Mi and learns Vincent was the mastermind behind the scheme. She sees that Xuan-Mi is attractive and suggests she become an Internet streamer to lure the scammer. Xuan-Mi seduces her fans and kills them in order to drink the blood to keep her good looks and get revenge on her ex. She wants to punish those men for objectifying women. Vincent’s scheme falls apart. He plans to strike back and kidnaps Zhi-Ya and Xuan-Mi. Xuan-Mi’s zombie secret is revealed. She chooses to sacrifice herself over impossible love. No one knows if she survives…
