〈我有罪〉,是一個吃軟飯的丈夫,殺了其形象完美的警察妻子後,主動投案卻不立刻自白的故事。這個殺妻者大有機會逃離國境而不被追究,卻偏偏選在殺妻後兩天的半夜裡,前去警局自首。他同意夜間偵訊,卻拒絕律師協助,更拒絕對案情做進一步說明,他只是來自首。 既然殺人的事實已經交代完整,那麼小說中的佈局,就不是拼湊案情,而是警方必須在24小時內「尋找犯罪動機」。凶殺案裡的動機,往往是真實社會,真實人性的櫥窗,只不過我們習慣對值得深思的事視而不見,或見而無感罷了。 〈我無罪〉,是以一個年輕的女性亡魂對自己的被刺身亡的不解開始。她的記憶中沒有嫌疑人,沒有自白,沒有證人。因此要動用到偵查方法、鑑識科學、和辦案技巧才能破案。本篇作品裡,藉由死者跟自己的對話,讓亡靈的自白和關係人的證詞出現可理解的記憶落差,用這種方式來彰顯死者活著時的人際關係和價值理念,讓她對自己的不以為錯的行徑辯解。
Guilty is a story about a husband who was seen as a dead beat, he murdered what seemed to be a perfect policewoman wife and surrendered himself to the authorities without giving a confession. The murderer had a chance to escape being caught by leaving the country but instead chooses to surrender himself at a police station in the middle of the night, two days after the murder. He agreed to investigations during the night declining the assistance of a lawyer, and also declined to speak further on the matter. Since the fact that the murder has been fully stated, the layout of the novel won't be piecing together the case but instead having the police “find the motive of the crime” within 24 hours. The motive behind homicides is usually found in real society and people, but we are in the habit of turning a blind eye to things that are worth thinking deeply for or to feel senseless about these issues. Not Guilty is a story about a young woman's spirit who does not understand that she has been stabbed to death. The start of the story presents the body of a young woman without a suspect, a confession nor a witness. Therefore, investigations are needed, such as forensic science and investigation procedures to solve the case. The story uses self-dialog to allow the confession of the spirit and the testimony of the person concerned to show the differences in memory and understanding. Using this method to highlight the interpersonal relationship and values of the deceased when she was alive allowing her to justify her actions about her own misunderstandings.

Qualitatively, while medical science is the decryption of life in the laboratory using medical knowledge and technology; creative work is the decryption of humans and social phenomena in the real world by words and emotions.
