江以晴和羅政浩剛剛在戶政事務所登記完婚，準備前往婚禮派對之際，發生了車禍…… 隧道裡的連環車禍造成交通壅塞進退兩難，連帶影響了不遠處一棟著火公寓救援困難，來不及了，一位傷心的母親金若希，只能眼睜睜看著女兒小勻燒死在火場裡…… 同樣受影響的還有不遠處的一棟大樓頂，一個古怪粉絲持刀向女藝人孫敏敏求愛，她的經紀人兼母親報警不及，而眼見瘋狂的影迷已經被激怒，為了救女兒，她衝上前去，擋下了刺向女兒的那一刀…… 一場連環車禍造成的蝴蝶效應，改變了江以晴、金若希、和孫敏敏三個女人的命運。
Jiang Yi-Qing and Lo Zheng-Hao just registers their marriage at the household registration office. When they are about to head to their wedding party, a car accident occurs... The multiple-car pileup in the tunnel causes serious traffic jams. It also delays a rescue of a burning apartment not far away. It is too late to make amend that a sad mother Jin Ruo-Xi could only watch her daughter Yun burned to death in the fire... One the roof of a building not far away, a crazy fan woos a star Sun Min-Min with a knife. Her mother-manager fails to call the police in time. Seeing that the crazy fan has been provoked, she rushes forward to take the stabbing in order to save her daughter... The butterfly effect caused by the multiple car accident changes the fate of Jiang Yi-Qing, Jin Ruo-Xi and Sun Min-Min.
