曾是知名歌手的KEN，原本有美好前途和支持他的粉絲，卻因為脾氣暴躁及糜爛的生活，最後連演出機會都沒了，淪落到PUB駐唱，表演時被觀眾噓他而大打出手，滿頭血的Ken坐上李智海開的計程車去了醫院。李智海20年前在海邊丟失了6歲的稚兒，前妻無法諒解而離婚，脾氣變得異常孤僻難搞，二人各自因為腦瘤和腎病住院，讓這針鋒相對的冤家，因為理想、愛情及遺願，決定不在醫院等死，一起來趟"末日之旅"而成了莫逆之交！
Ken used to be a famous singer who had a bright future with lots of fans, but he lost everything and biggest performance opportunity due to his short temper. He got into a fight with the crowd who hissed at him while he was singing in a PUB. Ken got into Zhihai's Taxi with bleeding on his head. Zhihai, on the other hand, lost his son 20-years ago which led to his wife blaming him for the accident then divorced. Zhihai became a lone wolf living as a Taxi driver…Two of them were forced to be hospitalised in the same room due to their diagnosis with brain tumor and kidney disease. While sharing the ward together, they start with a rocky friendship but bond by music and begin to heal each other, become unlikely friends, and decide to leave the ward to fulfil their dreams before it's too late!

很多人在一夕之間經歷生離死別，甚至許多人在親人離開時，都無法見上一面，讓許多家庭支離破碎，那種無可奈何、無能爲力，讓人心酸無助。劇本的發想來自「死亡與遺憾」在恐懼中等待死亡，還不如直接勇敢面對！電影中搭配許多動聽的原創流行音樂，搭配劇情量身定制優美的旋律，串連扣人心弦又勵志的故事，在終場的大型演唱會，將邀請知名歌手友情演出。
Many people experience life and death overnight, even many of them miss the chance to see their closest person when they die. This script is inspired by "Death and Regret". Instead of waiting for death in fear, it is much better to face it bravely! The movie will also be soundtracked with lots of original pop music and touching melodies that are tailored for a series of exciting and inspirational scenes. During the last scene of a large-scale concert, Taiwan and Malaysia well-known singers will be invited to perform as well.
