作品簡介
御園清泉和安曇彌凜是一對戀人，在有一日夜晚和彌凜和騎車時為了閃躲騎得極為快速的車輛墜落於山崖下，清泉醒來後發現彌凜早已死亡，清泉想要隨她而去時，突然出現天使，告訴他，明天也來此地，清泉懷抱著彌凜，清泉不知明那位天使其實是惡魔偽裝的，他施展了法術讓彌凜復活了，隨後他消失之後，清泉興緻之餘卻發現天使出現在兩人面前，清泉大為驚嘆後，自己的靈魂化成碎片飛向其他地方，在她醒來後發現清泉躺在地上，有呼吸、心跳但沒法醒來，隨後天使才出現於他們面前， 告訴安曇彌凜的靈魂早以化成碎片，告訴她必須進入清泉的腦海當中，這時其他幾位好友也在醫院，弥澪進入腦海後，所要經歷眾多戀愛類型、從古到今的各式各樣世界，必須在期限內收集到靈魂碎片，否則將清泉永遠都躺在病床上逐漸步入死亡，在這些夢境彌凜需要找尋到清泉並且結成一對戀人，在此期間有時出現神秘的人在清泉身邊，突然又消失了，他是誰?又有甚麼陰謀圍繞在他們身邊，隨著時間過去即將揭曉，惡魔又有甚麼動作呢? 吉備儚的內心即將揭曉，是否是知心好友，磐隅會有機會向吉備儚告白嗎?最後彌凜收集完了清泉的靈魂碎片，沒想到還缺少一樣東西。
