大林慈濟醫院神經內科主任曹汶龍，為了防止一個個病患的家庭被失智症拖垮，組織起團隊，帶著醫師傅進華、臨床心理師秋田、個管師秋滿，成立失智症中心，推動記憶保養班，以求讓病患重拾歡笑、也讓家屬得到喘息。然而，就在衛教推動順利之際，曹主任的父親逝世了，母親因打擊過大，也出現失智傾向；個管師秋滿也遇上家庭危機，被迫選擇是否要離職…曹汶龍主任一方面要照顧母親，另一方面得協助團隊中的每個人解決個人問題，而病患們的需求也都迫在眉睫...
Director Tsao Wen-long, the Department of Neurology in Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital, establishes a medical team to help out families with dementia patients from being mired in caregiving. With the support from a Neurology Doctor, a clinical psychologist, and a case manager, Director Tsao sets up a dementia center and promotes a memory maintenance class to bring smiles back to patients' faces and to reduce the burden of their family members. Everything seems going well until his father seriously ill and mother gradually losing memory, at the meanwhile his teammates bump into family problems struggling over work-life balance…
