2023年，個性直率又熱愛唱歌的黎曉星守著市場裡的五金行，市場危老面臨粗暴都更，建商二代吳曜宇帶來新舊並存的折衷方案，打動了曉星，並鼓舞曉星演唱阿公黎雲聲的歌曲為新方案保留歷史餘韻，兩人深受彼此吸引。 1934年（昭和9年），台灣流行音樂興起，歌壇新星彭采妹與已婚的音樂人黎雲聲，正糾結於不倫的愛情難題。 在黎雲聲的失傳歌曲—「雲歸深處」的神秘串連下，采妹意外穿越，在過去的音樂沙龍裡和曉星相遇，為藉老屋回到過去，采妹加入曉星、曜宇及市場裡浮浪貢夥伴們的阿卡貝拉樂團，以歌聲對抗都更。 只是理想抵不過現實，曜宇在家族中屢遭質疑，被迫與曉星撕裂對立；采妹發現了關於自己和黎雲聲的「過去」，糾纏的情緣綿延，如細絲般牽引著三代的愛情…… 沙龍即將拆毀；跨越世代的兩對戀人亦將分離；但真心總能穿越時空，透過音樂訴說生命力曾如此美麗地相遇。最終，兩個女孩在殘破的沙龍聚首，帶著對愛情的新體悟，合唱出了最極致動人的「雲歸深處」……

In 2023, Xing, a straightforward girl who are enthusiastic about singing, is running a hardware store in a local market which is endangered by violent Urban renewal. To create a win-win situation, Yao-Yu, the 2nd generation of the construction company, comes up with a plan that help the old and new to coexist. The new plan moved Xing and encouraged Xing to search for an old melody which is composed by her grandfather, Sheng, to preserve the heir property which is also a highlight of the new plan. Gradually, Xing and Yao-Yu were attracted to each other. In 1934, the Taiwan pop songs began to gain popularity, the rising star Mei had gotten tangled up in an adultery with a married musician, Sheng. Connected by the lost song which is Sheng composed, Mei unexpectedly time travel to encounter Xing in the old house which was a music salon from the past. To go back to 1934, Mei joins the A Capella group that consist of Xing, Yao-Yu and the youngsters in the market, protesting against urban renewal by their voices. However, there is a huge gap between ideal and reality. Yao-Yu was constantly doubted by his family, forced him to stand oppositely with Xing. On the other hand, Mei discovers the ending of her romance with Sheng, and it gears three generations… The salon is about to demolish, two pairs of lovers from two time spans are going to separate, but a sincere heart can always transcend time, it tells how lives encounter with each other in such beautiful way through music. Eventually, they found the missing song by Sheng and perform a moving A Capella in the destroying salon. Through this journey, they all learn a new comprehension of love…
