本片收錄於《紀錄觀點》節目中。緬甸克欽獨立軍是與緬甸軍政府對立最深的少數民族，過去因分離運動而長期遭緬甸軍政府鎮壓。紀錄片《惡人之煞》主角曾為克欽獨立軍的一名小兵，他少年時期被克欽獨立軍抓去當兵，自此人生徹底改變，從一個懵懂無知的青年變成把殺戳當作兒戲一般談笑的惡人。本片記錄著這位克欽小兵的過去，也記錄了當下 ──緬甸是世界上內戰最長久的國家，已打了七十多年的戰爭，目前依然持續中。
