一個正經歷人生低潮的年輕上班族某天匆忙上班時弄裂鏡子，從此之後陸陸續續在早上起床後看到辦公室排擠他的人成了屍體出現在他家中。開始被懷疑的他連自己都開始懷疑自己，直到發現被另一個穿越鏡子而來的自己嫁禍。弄清楚來龍去脈後，成功地趕去救下一個被害目標- 對他不友善的主管。然則故事最後揭曉主角與他的世界才是鏡中世界，穿越而來的殺人魔是真實世界的本尊。不知情的主角安穩過日，直到某天主管的幼女不慎弄裂鏡子…。

After a messy young professional accidentally breaks his bathroom mirror, the dead bodies of the colleagues he hates are placed in his apartment one after one intermittently and mysteriously. He eventually figures out that his evil doubleganger from another dimension through the cracked mirror is going after his boss. In the end, he successfully saves his boss after breaking the cracked mirror into pieces. In the end, it turns out the protagonist who saves his boss is in the mirror world, and the one who murders people is from the real world, waiting for the next cracked mirror that allows them to enter the mirror world again. However, the boss's daughter accidentally cracked another mirror days after they are saved…

作品簡介

本作品故事發想為知名好萊塢演員山謬傑克森大學友人，初版劇本榮獲數個影展獎項。作者本人樂見亞洲影視發展並與一韓國知名女演員協議出演主角主管的腳色，且希望主角能夠由亞裔或英文流利的亞洲演員出演。故事本身以兩個次元呈現善與惡的主角，科幻驚悚加上懸疑故事線讓作品本身充滿未來性，截然不同的善惡主角也大大考驗演員的演技。故事最後呈現大翻轉，接露反派才是真正的主角，搭配最後的伏筆，埋下續集的無限可能。目前由本公司在美國的母公司進行劇本修改並已初步接洽演員跟導演並討論改在台灣拍攝的可能性，希望能促成更多台灣與好萊塢的合拍作品。

Written by a Hollywood veteran who's a college friend of the legendary "Sam L. Jackson," the screenplay of Cracked Mirror has won several awards at film festivals. The story itself follows a kind young man and his evil doubleganger to display the mirror world and how two people could be extremely different even if they have the same identity. The protagonist is also an enormous challenge to its actor in how to portray and express two opposite personalities and the conflicts between them. The writer loves Asian content and has talked to a famous Korean actress to portray the protagonist's boss and prefers to find an Asian actor to play the protagonist. The twist and ending leave the possibility for sequels. The project is currently in the screenplay revision stage with our American company and a few directors and actors have been reached out. The possibility to film this project in Taiwan has also been discussed to make more Taiwan-Hollywood co-productions happen.
