阿榮原是紅極一時調酒師，沉寂多年低調復出，會為酒客量身訂做專屬調酒，然後做出一些笨蛋舉止… 來酒吧的常客，從金融巨鱷到傳播妹；從瞎忙的OL到追夢的小演員…什麼樣的人都有。 阿榮會認真傾聽酒客故事，卻不願提自己的暗歷史，直到暗戀過的師父Ivy出現，結痂的疤才又被掀了開來…
Once a bartending superstar, Aaron suddenly disappeared for many years before making a low-key comeback with his own little bar. These days, he spends his time mixing customized cocktails for customers from all walks of life, from financial tycoons to escorts, from busy office ladies to bit actors chasing their dreams… Aaron would listen intently to their stories, yet he is unwilling to bring up his own dark past…until his old crush and mentor Ivy appears, reopening his old wounds…

Cocktails are inextricably tied to the three taste elements of sweet, sour and bitter. In many ways, life is no different… Mixologist is a series with four key features: 1. It’s not just a workplace drama: Apart from depicting the lives of bartenders at work, it also portrays on the joys, sorrows, love, hate, greed, anger and ignorance of those who come to the bar — through the eyes of the bartenders. 2. It’s not just about cocktails: Every episode has a guest protagonist who will have their own representative cocktail that corresponds with their inner turmoil and situation in life. 3. It’s not just another Midnight Diner: The story arcs of the main characters will have continuity and run through the entire series, interweaved with the plot of individual episodes. There is also a relatively lower proportion of bar scenes. 4. The series will also have comedic and humorous elements, bringing a touch of levity and laughter to the touching stories.
