Yeonsoo, 18 years old, is leading a gutter life. She does anything to make money. She calls it survival, but adults call it delinquent. She keeps attending school, even though she is unwelcome there. Yeonsoo ran away from home and is living with other run-aways in a shabby little room. She is caught by Golseok, a loan shark she had to repay. Unable to afford rent, she is forced to return home. But Yeonsoo’s house and family are so miserable that her runaway life looks rather good. After nearly 10 months, the house is still a dump. Her family are all ex-convicts. Whether it is affection or regret, Yeonsoo decides to stay, and tries to make money “to live like a human”. Yeonsoo’s family opens an errand center, doing small tasks for clients. Yeonsoo’s family. They earn a small, steady income, but one day they receive a suggestion from Golseok: “You all have criminal records, right? If you want some real money, do some work for my father.” Golseok’s father is the gang’s right-hand man, so maybe they should accept this offer…
