改編自日本角川出版同名小說。平凡內向的高中生青瀚擁有不為人知的能力：他瞇眼便能看見每個人頭頂浮現的「分數」，這些分數依據外貌、學力、社交能力等來綜合評分。然而青瀚雖然身懷異能，卻無法逃脫校園霸凌的殘酷處境，以及種種成長煩惱。當記載祕密的筆記本落入另一個邊緣女孩春希的手中，兩人為了提升分數結為夥伴，卻也因此捲入與校花和校草之間複雜的四角關係。
Adapted from the novel published by Kadokawa Japan, the story follows Ching-han, a quiet and introverted high school student with a hidden ability: when he squints, he can see a "score" hovering above everyone's head, calculated from factors like appearance, intelligence, and social skills. Despite this ability, Ching-han can't escape the harsh reality of school bullying and the struggles of growing up. When his notebook, filled with secrets, falls into the hands of Chun-xi, another outcast, they form a partnership to raise their scores, only to get entangled in a complicated love square with the most popular students.
