這是一間湯圓店，也是一扇名之為「家」的大門，永遠會為這四個女兒開啟，等待他們回來一家團圓。 天賜與麗華是「一家湯圓」店的老闆，他們搓了一輩子的湯圓，也把四個女兒從嬰兒一路搓到大，他們最大的心願，就是看著四個女兒的人生能像他們手中的湯圓一樣，越搓越圓，越搓越圓滿。 團圓不只是相聚，讓團圓落空的，也不只是飯桌旁那張空椅子；一家人的心，能否凝聚，能否包容彼此的傷痛、衝突跟誤解，懷著這樣的親情，才是真正的團圓！
This is a tangyuan shop and a door called "home" that will always be open for the four daughters, waiting for them to come back for a family reunion. Tian-Chi and Li-Hua are the owners of "Tangyuan Home". Their greatest wish is to see the lives of their four daughters become more and more rounded and fulfilling, just like the tangyuan in their hands. The reunion is not just about getting together, and it's not just the empty chairs at the dining table that make the reunion empty; it's about the family's ability to unite, to tolerate each other's pain, conflicts and misunderstandings, and to embrace this kind of affection.
