Children forgotten by society, like prickly hedgehogs. Do past records overshadow all your efforts to change? So-called “problem children” are simply children tangled in problems.

Children forgotten by society, like prickly hedgehogs. Do past records overshadow all your efforts to change? So-called “problem children” are simply children tangled in problems. Most kids in care institutions arrive with wounded hearts, sent by courts or social services due to broken adults in their lives. A quiet yet sensitive boy, Abin, is about to graduate from the institution. Though uncertain about the future, he quietly looks forward to a new beginning. When a missing rabbit charm sparks suspicion, past records overshadow his growth, school bullying and classmates’ rumors intensify—what can Abin do? Can today’s social network truly support these children from troubled families and everyday struggles? Adapted from renowned writer WEN Kuo-Shih’s Walking Through the Wilderness of Love, alternative-style comic artist GGDOG, a resident at the Angoulême Festival, conducted in-depth research at care homes and reinterprets the story with a cool, unique tone.
