《嗨客嘶》是一個以公路旅行為概念的外景節目，鎖定台灣百年老路「台3線」及「台9線」作為主軸，造訪沿線客家庄，尋找在地美食與地方祕境；節目主持人是號稱「全台灣最年輕宮廟總幹事」又自稱「觀音金乘五」的許弘霖先生擔起主持任務；主持人以逗趣風格營造出輕鬆活潑又搞笑的節目內容，適合緩解疫情下的緊張心情，旅程中透過地方友人同行或主持人探險方式感受客庄的氣息，這個氣息，有地方上的美食小吃、有在地有趣活動、有地方獨一無二的風景祕境，還有在地產業文化；藉此帶出這塊土地上人們的生活樂趣。

“Hikers” is a road trip show about the gourmet foods and tourist attractions in the Hakka villages along Highway 3 and 9. The host, Xu Hong-lin, is the youngest chief of staff of a temple in Taiwan. He hosts the show in a funny and lively way to relieve our tension caused by the pandemic of COVIC-19. He is sometimes accompanied by local residents while exploring the atmosphere of a Hakka village on his own at other times. With those gourmet foods, interesting activities, unique tourist attractions and local cultural industries, we get to know better the lifestyles of the Hakka people.

Founded in July 2003, the Hakka TV network in Taiwan is the voice of the Hakka people in Taiwan and overseas as well.
