「神之鄉」第一季探討大溪在地宮廟文化的新舊衝突與融合,以落地扎根的戲劇能量,在台灣文化斷層上搭出一座橋墩。新一季的「神之鄉2」也將延續宮廟文化傳承的母題,以全新角度展現與宮廟慶典活動有關的價值衝突及新仇舊恨。同時也鎖定第一季已觸及但尚未浮出水面的家庭情感面。不變的是,「神之鄉2」,將繼續探索職人精神與家鄉的親情友情,讓觀眾看到更多溫暖與情感。

The first season of The Summer Temple Fair explores Daxi District’s conflict and fusion of old and new within temple culture. With well-rooted drama energy, the show builds a bridge on top of Taiwan’s cultural fault. Season two of The Summer Temple Fair will continue the motif: the cultural heritage of temples, with a brand-new viewpoint in demonstrating value conflicts as well as old and new hatred that comes with temple celebration. Simultaneously, season two will continue to unravel season one’s family relationships which were touched on but not further developed. However, what remains unchanged in the upcoming season is the continuous exploration of craftsmanship as well as hometown’s family and friendships, allowing the audience to see more warmth and emotions.
