《超級巨星紅白藝能大賞》是臺灣電視公司於2010年起製播的除夕特別節目。節目採由紅白兩隊歌手展開歌唱對抗的形式進行。台灣綜藝才子黃子佼擔任總主持人，有巨星們精彩歌舞表演、年度風雲人物參與趣味遊戲，更有國際嘉賓登台拜年，內容相當多元豐富。本節目採預錄模式，於播出日期前先行錄製完成，經剪接及增加繁中字幕後於該年除夕晚間播出。
