12 episodes of 60 minutes goodness, the show uses an episodic format to portray the female journalist NAME’s perspective. The show takes the audience on a journey exploring complex, mind-twisting, yet fantastic stories. NAME’s catchphrase is “can’t do it!” NAME often rebelliously and provokingly cuts her director’s pressuring orders. NAME’s background is complex. Her private investigator father has aided her journalism career in many ways; however, when she begins investigating a major case, she finds that her father is not who she thinks he is. News topics in the series are all based on real events, covering major criminal cases, judicial injustice, campus bullying, sexual harassment in the workplace, and other cutting topics. The show uses NAME’s writings, a thrilling plot, and contradictions of life to reveal hidden truths. Yet, what is the definition of “the truth?” Is what truly happened the “Truth?” What should a journalist’s ideals and goals be? NAME’s overcomes obstacles, exposing and criticizing ugly habits that seem to be the norm for journalists. She makes many enemies throughout her way, from her agency to political and business circles. However, at the same time, her passion influences those around her, allowing them to join her side and willingly fight this battle with her. The contradictions and disturbances she is involved in also grow increasingly.
