在台北的巷弄中，總有一攤麵攤小吃滿足居民的胃與心，而最常見的配菜就是「黑白切」 ， 對切的滷蛋加上胖胖的身軀與短短的四肢，一個性格搞笑且天生樂觀滷蛋角色就這麼產生， 還有貢丸、豆干、海帶結、滷肉與糯米腸…滷沙沙家族於是成型 他們都有獨特的個性、喜好、優點與缺點 而他們就住在｢滷沙沙小鎮」上
In the streets of Taipei, there is always a food stand that satisfies people’s hunger and heart. The most popular dish is called “ Hei Bai Qie ”, a savory Taiwanese snack made of braised egg, tofu, and kelp. Using a braised egg cut in half, a cute, funny and optimistic egg character named Miluegg is created. Other foods such as pork ball, dried tofu, kelp knot, braised pork and rice sausage also become lively characters. Thus the LUSASA Family is formed. The characters all have their own personalities, interests, strengths and weaknesses. Together they live in Lusasa Town.

滷沙沙小鎮雖然看起來與一般地方小鎮並無差異，而他是架空在現實生活中，村民們生活的樣貌和地球人很像！ 滷沙沙的居民們既可愛又調皮，他們有喜怒哀樂、有朋友、有理想、有抱負，也跟我們一樣、愛跟風、聽八卦。 在滷沙沙鎮所發生的故事，也可能是你我都熟悉的周遭生活小故事。
Although Lusasa Town may look just like any other town , it’s an alternative reality. The lives of the characters are very similar to those of people on Earth. The characters act just like humans. The residents are adorable and naughty. They have emotions, friends, goals and ideals; and they love to gossip, just like us. What happens at Lusasa Town are all the little things in life that we are familiar with.
