本作品由對布袋戲深深著迷的Nitro+「虛淵玄」擔任故事原著、劇本、總監修，與臺灣布袋戲最具知名度且以其高品質製作聞名的「霹靂國際多媒體股份有限公司」合作，以此奇蹟般的組合所完成的日本及臺灣地區共同企劃之影像作品。 TV版第三季《Thunderbolt Fantasy 東離劍遊紀３》，是接續《Thunderbolt Fantasy 東離劍遊紀》、《Thunderbolt Fantasy 東離劍遊紀２》的故事。在《Thunderbolt Fantasy 東離劍遊紀２》最後，婁震戒和七殺天凌墜落魔脊山山谷。殤不患等人在尋找婁震戒以及七殺天凌行蹤時，新的敵人悄悄伸出魔手……。角色設計由Nitro+所率領的設計團隊（新加入成員「猫缶まっしぐら（貓罐Masshigura）」）負責，並一如既往由公仔製作公司「GOOD SMILE COMPANY」擔任戲偶造型顧問。本系列不只在日本與臺灣，在全亞洲都獲得好評。也推出系列漫畫、歌舞劇等跨媒體作品。

This collection is composed of Nitro+ "虛淵玄(Urobuchi Gen)" and "Pili International Multimedia Co., Ltd.". Being the author of the original story, script, and supervisor, Urobuchi Gen is also deeply fascinated by puppet theater. Therefore it might be a miraculous combination of Urobuchi Gen and the most famous Taiwanese puppet theater "Pili International Multimedia Co., Ltd.", which is known for its high-quality production. The third season of the TV version of "Thunderbolt Fantasy Season 3" is the continuation of "Thunderbolt Fantasy" and "Thunderbolt Fantasy Season 2". At the end of "Thunderbolt Fantasy Season2", Rou Shinkai and Nana Satsu Tenryo fell into the valley of Demon Spine Mountain. When Shou Fukan and others were looking for Rou Shinkai and Nana Satsu Tenryo, a new enemy stretched out their paw menacingly.... The character design is in charge of the design team led by Nitro+ (the new member "猫缶まっしぐら (猫罐Masshigura)"), and as always, the doll production company "GOOD SMILE COMPANY" serves as the puppet styling consultant. This series is not only well-reputed in Japan and Taiwan, but also in all of Asia. And it also launched cross-media works ,including comic series and revues.

Founded by Chris Huang(Huang Wen Zhang) and Vincent Huang brothers, PILI Multimedia is dedicated to preserving glove puppetry , one of Taiwan's most iconic traditional theater arts, and promoting it worldwide. PILI is also prepared to expand into live action productions and looking into content adaptations. As the cradle of classic Taiwanese intellectual property, PILI will never stand still and will continue to popularize Taiwan’s creative content to the entire world.
