本計畫運用機器手臂操控實體掌中戲偶，透過動捕手套紀錄舞者在肢體延展時的手部動作，手牽動延伸到身體，因此把動作數據化，數據轉譯控制機械手臂之運動，如此如同再次思考戲偶的動到操偶的姿，再從操偶的姿到身體的形，形與意之間，也印證偶戲歷史在文化脈絡中的傳承，生生不息。計畫第二階段將加入多軸機械手臂，使操偶動作更趨近原樣，使傳承可以永恆。
This performance uses robotic arms to control the physical puppets. The performers use motion capture gloves to record hand movements. The gloves digitize the movements, and the data is translated to control the movement of the robotic arms. The relationship between form and meaning should also prove the history and culture of puppet show.
