2017年成立的版權經紀公司，服務範圍涵蓋文化、娛樂等相關產業。目前以台灣、中國、泰國及東南亞的客戶為主要仲介媒合對象。目前授權對象已經擴及歐美等地區。專精於國際圖書版權、圖像版權、影視影音、IP相關等授權，可提供諮詢、聯繫、議價、簽約等服務，為客戶達成所需之目標。
JS Agency established in 2017, service covers from entertainment, cultural related industries. We represent and introduce Taiwanese, Chinese and South East Asian clients to other countries, and will reach out to other territories such as Japan, Korea, the States and Europe. JS Agency is specialize in foreign rights of literarily titles, graphics/illustrations works, film and drama, also IP products, we helps our clients on advisory, negotiations, contacting, authorizations and signing contracts of licensing rights.

Introducing and licensing drama adaptation rights of《You Are the Apple of My Eye》by Jiu Ba Dao to Thai GMM TV 3. Introducing GMM TV's Tv series to Taiwan, and LineTV successfully acquired many goods works from GMM TV. 4. Licensing photo books (BL) 《HIStory Photo Books》, 《The Story of Ming Lan》to Thai publisher B2S. 5. Licensing 《Mo Dao Zu Shii》, 《Heaven Official’s Blessing》by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu of Korean rights to D&C Media, Japanese rights to Frontier Works, North American English to Seven Seas Entertainment, Russian rights to Istari Comic Publishing, German rights to TOKYOPOP, French rights to Edutuib Bookmarks, ect. Also JS agency cooperate with Russian Publisher AST, too. 6. 《Wizard》by Shi Wu, drama adaptation rights to Taiwanese production company. 7. MXTX's Internal IP.
