中山路116巷，這條巷子的不成文規定就是只有單號邊能把車子停在門口，雙號邊不行。某次，救護車被停在巷子裡的車輛擋住，這件事終於被搬上檯面。林正寬與邱文雄是住在隔壁的鄰居，兩人因興趣相投而成為好友。林正寬提議在巷子裡畫紅線一舉解決停車問題，邱文雄為了自身方便反對，兩人友情面臨考驗。區公所表示畫紅線需要116巷居民投票表決。兩人秘密展開拉票，兩邊住戶也開始互挖和平表面下的瘡疤。為了一條禁止停車的紅線，原本感情要好的鄰里不知不覺跨過人性的紅線，不擇手段只求獲勝，最後甚至鬧出人命。

Lane 116, Zhongshan Road, the unwritten rule of this alley is that only the odd-numbered side can park the car at the door, and the double-numbered side cannot. Once, the ambulance was blocked by vehicles parked in the alley, and this matter was finally brought to the fore. Lin Zhengkuan and Qiu Wenxiong are neighbors living next door, and the two became friends because of similar interests. Lin Zhengkuan proposed to draw a red line in the alley to solve the parking problem in one fell swoop. Qiu Wenxiong opposed it for his own convenience, and the friendship between the two faced a test. The district office said that drawing the red line requires a vote of the residents of Lane 116. The two secretly started canvassing, and the residents on both sides began to dig scars on each other. For the sake of a red line that prohibits parking, the neighbors who had good feelings unknowingly crossed the red line of human nature, unscrupulously seeking to win, and in the end they even caused death.
