透過追溯福州飲食,如何經由馬祖人的移動,來到台灣 ,我們得以看見移民如何來自四面八方,融入且融合成「台灣」的滋味。
By tracing Fuzhou cuisine and following the movements of the Matsu people to Taiwan, we can witness how immigrants from all directions have arrived, integrated, and blended together to create the unique flavor of “Taiwan.”
成長於台北、工作於馬祖,目前是台大地理所博士生。曾在《鄉間小路》、《新活水》發表文章,另有評論、散文等作品,紀錄於《壓浪》、《唯讀福州》平台。著有:《島嶼釀:馬祖國際藝術島2021-2022》(連江縣政府)、《戰地之框》(春山出版,合著)。
Grew up in Taipei and currently working in Matsu, now a Ph.D. student at the Department of Geography, National Taiwan University. Also a writer of essays and commentaries, with several published works.
