臺東大學兒童文學研究所畢。曾獲國語日報兒童文學牧笛獎、九歌現代少兒文學獎首獎、時報文學獎優選、砂城文學小說與散文獎等獎項，現為圖文創作者。 喜愛將問題探究化成故事創作，《臺陽妖異誌》系列取「文字之力」、「妖怪」、「歷史文化」三大要素為發展基礎，將文字的趣味融合於故事情節中，內容亦取用歷史文化為題材，加添奇幻想像，編織成一個多層次、多觀點的繁複世界。

擷取臺灣歷史文化 橫跨虛實奇幻情境 打造「倒風內海」奇談 「鈴鈴鈴──鈴鈴鈴──」銅鈴規律的搖動。 禱聲念完，狂風四起，五道霧氣隨狂風朝五個方位而去…… 蒲老師受周大人的託付，前往臺灣各地了解當地人文現況。首站，來到了臺灣南部僅次於府城的鹽水港。沒想到，蒲老師一行人來到這裡後，碰到不明之病，病症擴展的速度讓人心慌，好不容易抑制該區病情的擴散，但鄰近港區卻紛紛傳出疫情。幸好，文良一行人受到五隻小妖的幫助，逐一化解各港口危機。並以小妖視角，發覺「妖」不再處於人類的敵對面…… ➢事件一、鹽水港之疫：訴說「貪婪」。疫鬼因官兵的貪婪而蔓延，疫情因見義勇為的商賈而抑止。環境的正負消長，在人的一念之間。 ➢事件二、汫水港之疫：訴說「爭鬥」。在清代，械鬥是常見之事。械鬥的怒氣，變成相互刺激的觸媒，疫鬼依此增長。 ➢事件三、鐵線橋之疫：訴說「悲傷」。過往貧苦女性的社會地位低下，金魅的傳說來自悲怨的特化，間接說明在父權的高度制約下，女性內部產生的相互壓迫之感。 ➢事件四、茅港尾之疫：訴說「猜忌」。在邊緣地帶，被看為底層的社會邊緣人，有各自不得不的處境。因當時特殊環境，人在欲望需求與小奸小惡中浮沉拉扯，一個私心的決定，影響著事態發展。 ➢事件五、麻豆港之疫：訴說「共生」。稱為熟番的平埔族有自己的文化，卻不得不因外來影響逐漸改變。其中，哪些被吸納，哪些被排斥，這些思想的拉扯最值得探究。
