【故事摘要】
菜鳥演員梁予彬為了一份面試機會騎著機車到山上偏僻地點，發現面試單位是一家隸屬於政府，名為疑案辦的高科技調查機構。而他應聘的職位潛航員，便是利用超級電腦DeepOcean深度潛入過去案件發生的時間點，調查事件的眞相。沒想到梁予彬第一次執行下潛，就差點被殺。雖然只是潛意識的投射想像，梁予彬還是不顧巨額違約金的威脅，憤而離職。梁予彬的搭檔導航員郭立群也被組長罵到臭頭。在郭立群死皮賴臉的拜託後，梁予彬總算同意復職。雙方也開始合力調查1980年代的武福旅社命案。性格互補的兩人，也順利挖掘到案件疑點，逮捕仍然在世的嫌犯。隨後，郭透露疑案辦背後或許有組織，希望梁予彬協助調查。梁決定接受挑戰，畢竟他逐漸喜歡上這份神秘工作了。
