The collaborative novel "Chopsticks," co-authored with other writers, has been translated into Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Thai. Additionally, her fantasy mystery novel "The Disaster Intervention Agent" was shortlisted for the 2021 Taipei International Book Exhibition Award, while "Fish Eye" was a finalist for the 2024 Taiwan Literature Awards. She also serves as the scriptwriter for the mystery manga series "The Agnostic Detective," which won Golden Comic Awards & Connection+ in Taiwan.

【Inspired by a notorious case in Taiwan——the Chen Gao-Lianye poisoning of seven】 "Ghost Woman" possesses the ability to see death signals. After receiving a cornea transplant from a death row inmate, "Ghost Woman" now perceives interference-like specks on creatures that are close to death. Her eyes are the unfortunate eyes of death. Struggling with vision problems, a frustrated writer Ye Shengqiu, in need of creative material, takes on a commissioned investigation prompted by an anonymous letter from the "Ghost Woman." This leads him to delve into a thirty-year-old series of unsolved poisonings. Meanwhile, a secret, unspecified gender high school student, Hua Baiyue, stands patiently by the seaside, as if waiting for Ye Shengqiu. Slowly, Baiyue draws Ye Shengqiu into a dark and mysterious family determined to conceal the truth.

【故事摘要】
小說家葉聲秋因哥哥自殺陷入低潮，決心寫出翻身之作。編輯老甘提供一封神祕信件作為新題材，信中「鬼女」聲稱移植了死刑犯的子宮與眼角膜後，獲得預知死亡的能力，並開始大量殺人。信中所指的死刑犯眞有其人，名叫郭蓮子，三十年前因嫉妒毒殺七名兒童。老甘懷疑信件作者認識郭蓮子，想讓葉撰寫她的故事。實際上，這封信也牽涉老甘私事：三年前，他的女兒徐凡眞曾被好友毒殺未遂，動機與信中內容有關。
葉前往徐所就讀的私校調查，遇見男扮女裝的美少年花百岳。百岳表示「鬼女」故事是其雙胞胎哥哥花靜瀾所寫。他家境富裕卻關係複雜，父親偏愛異母幼弟小蒼，現已因金融犯罪潛逃海外。百岳表面親切，卻刻意隱瞞自己與徐等人過去極為親密。其後母更指控他們曾涉綁架殺人，並與近期行李箱兒童棄屍案有關。
葉深入調查後發現，郭蓮子眞正的殺害對象是初經前少女，認為自己是在解救她們。葉也發現「鬼女」其實是指百岳失蹤多年的生母杜百合，她因誤解認定自己繼承了郭的遺志，成為新的連環殺手。葉最終解開徐中毒與行李箱案眞相，卻無意間協助百岳殺害小蒼並獨佔鉅額遺產。由於缺乏明確罪證，百岳最終脫身。葉黯然離去，完成郭案改寫。完成作品後，他得知眞正的花家繼承人⸺杜百合回來了。

Novelist Ye, haunted by his brother’s suicide, seeks inspiration for a breakout work. His editor Old Gan gives him a strange letter from the “Ghost Woman,” who claims she gained the power to foresee death after receiving organs from Guo Lianzi—a real murderer who poisoned seven children. Gan suspects the writer is linked to Guo and urges Ye to investigate. Unbeknownst to Ye, the story echoes Gan’s own past: his daughter Xu Fanzhen once survived a poisoning. Ye traces the mystery to Xu’s elite school and meets cross-dressing teen Hua Baiyue, who says the tale was written by his twin. The wealthy Hua family is full of secrets—a fugitive father, a favored illegitimate son, and a past murder linked to a child’s body in a suitcase. Ye later finds the Ghost Woman is Du Baihe, Baiyue’s missing mother, who believes she inherited Guo’s mission. Though Ye solves the case, he’s used by Baiyue to kill Xiao Cang for the inheritance. Baiyue walks free. Just as Ye finishes his novel, Du returns.
