推理小說家藍霄，收到一封詭異的讀者來信。讀者表示，他只是在咖啡館和朋友喝著咖啡，卻在上個廁所回來之後，沒有人記得他，彷彿他不曾存在過。他為了證明自己的存在，寄信給藍霄，自白是七年前某宗姦殺案的凶手，並寫下這幾句話……「藍霄先生，當年，您也有份！」
The mystery novelist Lan Siao received a strange letter from a reader. The reader stated that while drinking coffee with friends at a café, upon returning from the restroom, no one remembered him as if he had never existed. To prove his existence, he wrote to Lan Siao confessing to being the perpetrator of a rape-murder case seven years ago, and wrote these words: "Mr. Lan Siao, back then, you were involved too!"

An obstetrician and gynecologist, and a nationally renowned infertility treatment expert in Taiwan. In 2024, the 20th-anniversary commemorative edition of his classic work, Mislocation (錯置體), was republished. This book was also published in Japan in 2009 as part of the "Soji Shimada Selects: Asian Honkaku League" series, making it the first full-length Taiwanese detective novel to be translated and published in Japan.

2024年是《錯置體》出版二十週年，是臺灣第一本翻譯至日本的長篇推理小說，作者藍霄為台灣知名婦產科權威。《錯置體》中有四重的錯置：記憶的錯置、身分的錯置、屍體的錯置，以及涉及謎底的性別的錯置。在2004年時，多元性別議題仍是少數人觸碰的前衛議題，但如今這個問題更多人質問與思考。

2024 marks the twentieth anniversary of the publication of Mislocation (錯置體), the first full-length Taiwanese detective novel to be translated into Japanese. The author, Lan Siao (藍霄), is a renowned authority in obstetrics and gynecology in Taiwan. Mislocation features a four-fold misplacement: a misplacement of memory, a misplacement of identity, a misplacement of the corpse, and a misplacement of gender that is integral to the mystery's solution. Back in 2004, gender diversity issues were a progressive topic touched upon by only a few, but today, this issue is questioned and contemplated by a much larger audience.
