1930年代，臺北高校為標榜自由、自治學風的臺灣唯一高等學校，一群熱愛創作的夥伴們，決定攜手合辦一本屬於自己的雜誌。
In the 1930s, Taihoku High School was the only higher education institution in Taiwan that boasted a free and autonomous academic style. Creative, driven, and full of dreams—a group of high school students set out to make a magazine that speaks in their voice.

2015年出版第一本長篇漫畫《神之鄉》獲日本國際漫畫賞銅賞，已售出日、法、義、越南文版權，並授權改編電視劇，於2020年上映；代表台灣參加2017年法國安古蘭漫畫節與德國法蘭克福書展、2022年義大利盧卡漫畫節、2023瑞士洛桑漫畫節。 2017年參與『漫畫植劇場』企劃，繪製漫畫版《五味八珍的歲月》；2022年開始創作長篇作品《芭蕉的芽》，獲第14屆金漫獎年度漫畫獎；2025年以《芭蕉的芽vol.2》獲第18屆日本國際漫畫獎銀獎。

Published the first full-length comic "Rites of Returning"in 2015, which received the Bronze Award at the Japan International Manga Award. Rights sold for Japanese, French, Italian, and Vietnamese editions; later adapted into a TV drama released in 2020. Represented Taiwan at the 2017 Angoulême International Comics Festival and Frankfurt Book Fair, the 2022 Lucca Comics & Games in Italy, and the 2023 Lausanne Comics Festival in Switzerland. Participated in the “Comic Project for Qseries” in 2017, illustrating the comic adaptation of "What She Put On the table". Began creating the long-form work "The Banana Sprout" in 2022, which won the Annual Comic Award at the 14th Golden Comic Awards. In 2025, "The Banana Sprout vol.2" received the Silver Award at the 18th Japan International Manga Award.

1930年代，標榜自由、自治學風的臺灣唯一高等學校，七星寮宿舍搬進了一位學生。葉星橋，成功考取「窄門中的窄門」，懵懵懂懂帶著家人的期望，以醫師為志向，離家北上求學；室友南城雲太郎，學校知名的問題人物，放蕩不羈、熱愛閲讀， 卻因蹺課太多面臨退學危機。性格背景截然不同的兩人成為好友。身處自由與知識的搖籃，滿懷青春的迷惘與憧憬。某一天，南城突然興致勃勃地對葉星橋説：「現在的《翔風》制式又死板，我們來做一本自己的雜誌吧⋯⋯」 漫畫家左萱深刻挖掘資料，以細緻獨特的筆觸，描繪臺北高校生豐富的社團活動與校外生活，刻畫了敝衣破帽，放浪青春的學生樣態，也重現了臺北高校最迷人美好的1930年代。
作品簡介
In the 1930s, a student, Yeh Hsing-Chiao, moved into the dormitory of Taihoku High School, the only higher education school in Taiwan, which boasted a free and autonomous academic style. With the expectations of his family, he leaves home to study with the ambition of becoming a doctor. His roommate, Nanjo Untaro, is a well-known problematic person at school. He is a debaucher and loves to read, but he is in danger of dropping out of school due to too many absences. The two boys, with very different backgrounds, become close friends. Being in the cradle of freedom and knowledge, full of youthful confusion and longing, they decide to work together to make a magazine. Zuo Hsuan, a comic artist, digs deep into the data and depicts the rich club activities and off-campus life of Taihoku High School students with a delicate and unique brushstroke. It portrays the youthful students with shabby clothes and hats, and recreates the most charming and beautiful 1930s in Taihoku High School.
