新北永和人,美術系水墨畫組背景,曾赴英國研習設計創新(Design Innovation)。擅長以藝術思維統籌跨界策展、內容製作與創新專案。2016年移居嘉義,成立社群「嘉義異鄉人」,分享移居觀察與在地生活美學,累積超過十萬追蹤者。以「島內移民」為核心概念,推動出版與文化實踐,強調流動、創生、與地方共好。曾任嘉義文創園區執行長、台北市文化基金會藝術村營運部經理,致力將在地文化轉化為可親近的體驗模式,實踐有效的資源整合與跨界合作。著有《島內移民:移住嘉義美味新人生》。
Born in Yonghe, New Taipei City, the author holds an academic background in ink painting and pursued further studies in Design Innovation in the UK. With a foundation in the arts, she specializes in curating cross-disciplinary exhibitions, content creation, and innovation-driven projects. Since relocating to Chiayi in 2016, she has documented her life and observations as a "domestic migrant," gaining over 100,000 followers through the “Chiayi Outsider” platform. Her work centers around mobility, regeneration, and creative placemaking. Former roles include Executive Director of Chiayi Cultural and Creative Park and Manager at the Taipei Artist Village.
