生活規律而單調的老人，午夜夢迴時，兒時飼養的狗──小白，來到了夢中。老人回到了童年，與小白重溫過去相依相伴的美好時光。他們跳上巨大的番茄，被巨大的鵝、青蛙，嚇得落荒而逃；累了就躺在牽牛花田，共享糖果的甜美……直到下雨了，在趕回家的路上，一場突如其來的車禍，留下了小白離開的悲傷。
An old man dreamed about his childhood in which he was having a good time with his puppy until the puppy was hit by a truck and died. After he woke up in tears, he went to the park and met a new friend there who lighted up his life.
