The little-known actor, Yu Tsai-Tei, accidentally gets involved in a clash between gangs to find the fabled “Dragon Vein”. It is said that whoever finds the “Dragon Vein” will gain control of the world! Chang Men uses Yu Tsai-Tei as a spy to infiltrate. Through extraordinary efforts, Yu Tsai-Tei gains the trust of the Black Dragon gang and its leader, and gets accepted as part of the gang. His bond with the members of the gang grows over time, but Chang Men repeatedly threatens Yu Tsai-Tei with the safety of his family to comply. Finally he finds out the best kept secret of the Black Dragon gang...
