★ 2021年 文化部 / 新媒體跨平臺創意影音節目製作補助 ★ ★ 2018年 文化部 / 電視劇本開發補助 ★ 本劇來自於導演及編劇統籌蔡怡芬的親身經歷，她幾年前想買屋，起初透過仲介看了近百間房子，其中2間是凶宅，因為印象深刻，便把當時心裡對凶宅的猶豫恐懼以及好奇參觀經驗，轉化成影劇題材的點子，便以房仲職人的工作內容為地基，加上欲置產之民眾關注是否買到凶宅的心態，和相關法律知識為磚瓦，配上擁有票房保證的靈異奇幻題材，創造出引起觀眾興趣和情感共鳴的戲劇佳作。 本劇以女主角陸安琪的經濟困境出發，藉著她為了幫媽媽還債，打算賣掉失聯多年的爸爸留給自己的凶宅為故事起點。為獲取更多「凶宅」相關知識，她參加幸福不動產公司為了回饋客戶而成立的專案小組，開始承接一單單房屋買賣案件，藉由每個案件拉出屬於每間房子與屋主的懸疑故事。 以陸安琪為首的專案小組成員們，不只是調查員、偵探，還是心理醫生、人生顧問，甚至是正義使者……不但破解了凶宅的秘密，也見證了人性的多種樣貌。 故事中除真實呈現仲介業者的甘苦面和工作細節，亦藉由每集的凶宅案件，呈現結合台灣庶民文化的面貌，並結合大台北地區的城市風情，生活化的靈異傳說，創造出充滿想像力與人性溫度的都市傳奇故事。
作品簡介
This series is inspired by the experiences of director and lead screenwriter TSAI Yi-fen, who once inspected nearly a hundred properties in search of a new house, during which she visited two stigmatized properties that left a deep impression on her. She decided to turn that fear and curiosity she felt from those two inspections into an idea for a TV show. With the work of real estate agents as the foundation, and combining the fear of unwittingly buying a stigmatized property, related legal knowledge, as well as the guaranteed ratings draw of paranormal themes, the aim is to create an outstanding series that fascinates and resonates emotionally with audiences. In this series, protagonist Lu An-chi takes on the assignment of investigating stigmatized properties so she can build her knowledge and help sell the stigmatized house left behind by her father, who went missing many years ago. Each case she takes on explores the stories behind the stigmatized property and its owner, turning her into not just an investigator and detective, but also a psychologist, life coach, and even enforcer of justice. Apart from detailing the struggles and intricacies of working as a real estate agent, the series also aims to showcase contemporary Taiwanese culture and beliefs, as well as the urban charm of Greater Taipei.
