Introduction
As the technology progress and the declining birthrates, people will be more and more dependent on robots in the future. In order to prevent the increasing number of robots from replacing humans, various countries agreed to promulgate the "P4 Regulations" in 2083. The P4 Regulations prohibits humans from studying the possibility of having emotions in machines, eliminating the hidden worries of human beings being replaced by robots. Before the P4 Regulation was promulgated, there was still some people who regarded robots as their "companions," whether in the name of family members or siblings. Where should the robots with memories go, while facing such a sudden change?
