HOUSE ON FIRE INTERNATIONAL was co-founded by Taiwanese-French producer Vincent Wang and Nobu Tsai. Nobu Tsai has been involved with Tsai Ming-Liang’s three films since 2006, and established a strong relationship with Vincent Wang as a result. In 2013, they co- founded HOUSE ON FIRE INTERNATIONAL, based in Taiwan, expecting to support Asian films and develop custom-built strategies for challenging artistic projects. They believe a powerful co-production platform in Europe and Asia allows them to collaborate with the new generation of author-directors in Taiwan and to seek new opportunities for international promotion. HOUSE ON FIRE INTERNATIONAL creates original and high-qualityc films, for understanding the present and defining tomorrow.
