Introduction

Gloria, a popular, young internet streamer is traveling in Taiwan with a group of her streamer friends. They hear from the locals about a village rumored to have jiangshi sightings. Believing that this is a great chance for good content, the group decides to go check it out. To their surprise, they arrived in a tourist town celebrating the legendary creature. The only scary thing they encountered was a crazy monk at an abandoned temple. Disappointed, but also relieved, the group spends the night in town. A mysterious stranger approaches them and says he can bring them to see real jiangshi. Gloria, though reluctant, is convinced by her excited friends to go along. The group is taken to a misty village and the stranger leaves them for the day. Besides being old and abandoned, the village seems pretty safe. Not willing to travel all this way without good footage, the guys in the group suggest a scare challenge. Each person was to wander the village alone and film their adventure. Zach, the prankster of the group, decides to hide in one of the empty coffins to scare the girls. On their individual journeys, they run into eerie things such as rotting animal corpses, loud noises from unknown sources, and the feeling of being watched. They finally regroup back at camp, but Zach is nowhere to be found. They set out to find Zach, but something has awakened in the village and they are now being hunted. In order to survive, they must rely on each other, be resourceful, and most importantly, follow the words of that crazy monk... DON'T BREATHE! Having lost everyone in her group, and some of her friends even turned into monsters, Gloria comes to a final showdown with the jiangshi. She successfully burns the building down and traps the jiangshi inside. Injured and desperate, she drags herself toward the village entrance. As she is about to escape, a figure jumps out of the shadows…
