Introduction
Taiwanese Catholics seldom want to become fathers for cultural context. Therefore, foreign missionaries have traveled across the sea to be pioneers. They fall in love and devote their lives to Taiwan. Demonstrating that love can surpass the barrier of language and nationality. We want to probe into the relationship between Catholicism and Taiwanese aborigines and the love beyond them all. Besides introducing Fr. Hilber through “The Chapel of Kung-Tung,” we hope to continue for several volumes, telling the stories of missionaries who devoted themselves to Taiwan through discovering different church one by one. At the same time, it's also stories about the relationship between indigenous peoples with Christian, which also has potential to connect to European film market from fundraising to distribution.
