Introduction

Bizarre deaths have been reported in Pingtung County, and the weapon wielded by the murderer is an evolved filovirus deadlier than the Ebola strain! The murderer makes a public demand that the county government comes clean with and issues an apology for its crime committed seven years ago within 24 hours. Otherwise, he will unleash the virus across all of Taiwan! County police officer Chiang Hsin carries out investigations with much difficulty due to resistance from the county government but still manages to uncover the astonishing truth about the tragedy that happened in 2007 after Typhoon Sepat struck, a tragedy that had, until now, been hushed by various government agencies.
