Introduction
Xiuren Gu is an assistant television director with some bad luck. He worked hard and sacrificed a lot for the show "Supreme Chef", but never gained his mother's approval. "Supreme Chef" is a live cooking competition show, where amateur chefs from different backgrounds challenge the show's resident chefs. However, the TV station manipulated results behind the scenes and leaked topics for the challenges, and this was seen through by clever audiences. In order to break out of the predicament of low viewership, the show's production team decided to add something new and found a sweet hostess to join. To defend his passion, Xiuren had to start a fight with the TV station's boss for his love. Xiuren's mother is a low-key celebrity chef who quietly runs an old restaurant. She knew that her son wanted to chase his dream in the TV show industry and didn't want to inherit the restaurant. In order to help her son realize his dream, she participated in the cooking competition show and challenged famous chefs, which brought glorious viewership to the show. Because of this show, Xiuren finally cleared up misunderstandings with his mother and restored the broken mother-and-son relationship.
